At Glide Atlas, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we strive to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and hassle-free as possible. Please review the following policy carefully before making or cancelling a booking.


1. Flight Booking Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours of Booking: Most airline tickets can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking if the departure is at least 7 days away. This policy depends on the airline and fare type. Please contact us immediately to initiate cancellation.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellation terms vary by airline and fare class. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others may be eligible for a partial refund or travel credit after deducting applicable airline and service fees.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not check in or show up for your flight, it may be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued by the airline.

2. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel cancellation policies depend on the individual hotel’s terms and the rate selected at the time of booking.
  • Some rates may be non-refundable or require cancellation at least 24–72 hours before check-in.
  • Please review the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking or contact our support team for assistance.

3. Vacation Packages & Tours

  • Vacation packages or tour bookings have varying cancellation policies based on the suppliers involved (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).
  • Refunds or credits may be available depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the terms of each component.

4. Service Fees

  • Glide Atlas does not charge a processing or service fee for handling cancellations or refunds.

5. Refund Timelines

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
